Watch your kids

I'm waiting for the light to cross the street. I saw this little girl ready to cross the street. Her mom was in the middle of the block. Shouldn't the mom be holding the daughter hand. Yes but she didn't look like she was paying any attention. We had to tell the girl to stop and wait for  her mom. The mom was yelling her other daughter. If you can't control one why have another.
