If you don't know how to raise your kids!

Why have kids if you don't know to raise your kids. I was doing my errands today. While I'm on line this lady she was holding one baby and had 2 rug rats running and screaming. She didn't even know how to hold her baby. She was holding the baby like a doll. The other 2 was running around. She was  screaming too of her lungs. They weren't listening to her. One of therm came over and told her to shut the f up. The people on line was shaking there head. I was having a headache cause she was screaming in my ears. If you can't control one. Why have another!
